Prospect Mortgage to acquire majority of IndyMac retail mortgage business
Prospect Mortgage late Tuesday said it has agreed to acquire a majority of IndyMac Bancorp Inc.’s retail mortgage branches. Financial terms weren’t disclosed. The deal includes 750 employees and more than 60 branch offices all around the United States.
